"He has lived in Australia, India and Greece, where he ran a Youth Hostel for a time on Crete. He began writing in 1975 and his first published work was a play for children, Noel's Ark , in 1982. His stories have appeared in Interzone , Other Edens III , Zenith II , and the French best-of-the-year anthology Univers 1989. He lives in Haworth, West Yorkshire".
